We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader (Miller) to lead and optimise CNC milling operations. You’ll play a key role in improving production efficiency, tooling strategies, and quality across our precision engineering team.
What You’ll Do:- Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve to a timely conclusion.
- Flexible, positive approach able to work under own initiative to a conclusion.
- Timely resolution of any quality spills or issues.
- Train and support CNC operators.
- Fully skilled time served engineer/experienced supervisor.
- CNC setter/operator knowledge.
- Background in production or manufacturing engineering.
- Passion for continuous improvement and quality.
