Shift Pattern: B Shift - Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 00:00

We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team in Coventry (CV3). The successful candidate will be responsible for spraying small automotive components, ensuring a high-quality finish in a production environment.

• Spray painting small automotive parts to a high standard.
• Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, and cleaning prior to painting.
• Ensure all painted components meet quality control and finish requirements.
• Maintain spray equipment and work area in clean, safe working condition.
• Follow job sheets, production targets, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience in automotive or industrial paint spraying.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Confident with masking, prepping, and operating spray equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work B shift hours.
