Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (early finish Friday)

We are looking for a hands on production manager to work with a precision engineering company that is down to earth and easy going. This role is perfect for someone who likes to be hands on, has a CNC milling background, and wants to work in a welcoming environment where you can be proud of your work.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for the day to day running on the shop floor.
Assisting with programming CNC Millers
Creating 2D & 3D models with CAD/CAM software
Working with production to ensure quality standards.

What will make you stand out from the crowd?

You need to be able to programme CNC milling machines
For controls Ideally Fanuc
For CAD/CAM software ideally Powermill
Previous experience in a leadership role

Just as important as your experience, you need a good attitude. If you have the right attitude and a solid base for experience, the company will develop your skills and train you.
