• Prepare, jig, assemble, and breakdown loads for heat treatment and brazing according to TDC, loading plans, and build sheets.
• Take ownership of furnace load preparation, component assembly, and jig planning, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare components for assembly and assemble them ready for brazing.
• Jig components for furnace brazing and plan fixture utilisation.
• Make up and breakdown furnace loads accurately.
• Operate plant and ancillary equipment safely.
• Record process information and inspect incoming components.
• Perform fitting, TIG welding, and spot welding to build sheets/drawings.
• Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Comply with all quality system requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
• Handle finished and expensive components carefully and seek guidance when unsure.

• No formal qualifications required, but evidence of good general education standard.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience and/or FLT licence preferred but not essential.

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and reliable.
• Team player with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Willing to work shift patterns.

This role is based in Coventry with onsite expectations. Some travel may be required.
