- Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
- Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
- Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
Work closely with production to meet performance goals - Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork
- Time‑served or apprenticeship trained engineer
- Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
- Strong electrical skillset
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- A positive, proactive mindset and a team player
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward‑thinking engineering department
