Gym Manager – Fitness Worx Cannon Park, Coventry
Fitness Worx is one of the UK’s fastest-growing, family-owned gym groups with locations across Warwickshire. We’re looking for a passionate and drivenGym Managerto lead our Cannon Park team.
The Role:
You’ll oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, deliver PT sessions, and ensure members get the best experience possible. This is a hands-on leadership role combining gym management, coaching, and business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
