Registered Manager

Position: Registered Manager (Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and develop our Learning Disabilities service. This is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the delivery of outstanding care. You will lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team while promoting independence, dignity, and choice for people we support.

Key Responsibilities

* Register with and maintain compliance with CQC

* Lead and manage the service in line with regulatory and organisational standards

* Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities

* Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff teams

* Manage budgets, rotas, and resources effectively

* Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners

* Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive inspection outcomes

About You

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Learning Disabilities

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements

* Proven leadership and people management skills

* Commitment to person-centred and inclusive practice

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
