Operations Manager
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee 10 education sites across Coventry, Leicester, Stoke-on-Trent, and Wolverhampton.
You’ll lead and motivate teams, manage budgets, support Site Managers, and drive operational excellence while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Proven multi-site management experience and a passion for customer service are essential within a contract catering setting
As an Operations Manager you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
- Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites
- Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence, retain business and innovative menu planning
- Plan, lead and deliver effective mobilisation/demobilisation of contracts, co-ordinating with relevant support functions
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
- Proven experience of successfully managing multiple-sites and teams and working with external clients
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- A strong team player, inspiring and motivating to large teams
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
