papéis serão responsáveis pela entrega de treinamento de liderança de alta qualidade por meio de aulas presenciais; por favorecer o desenvolvimento de soluções de blended learning e contribuir para a implementação do Management and Leadership Framework da NHSE, incluindo suporte a autoavalições, avaliações e feedback de 360 graus. CWPT está em uma jornada cultural e a implantação do Trusts HEART framework. Os

Key areas of focus include:
Instrumental in supporting the Trust's Culture Framework – HEART
Designing, developing, evaluating and facilitating Leadership and Management training
Maintaining and updating the Trust's Leadership Development Offering
Contributing to the implementation of the NHSE Management and Leadership Framework, Self‑Assessment tool, Appraisal and 360 roll out.

Job responsibilitiesContribute to the development and implementation of strategic Organisational Development plans and initiatives to meet the organisational needs of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
To support and advise the national and regional policy and interpretation locally and highlight best practice initiatives and approaches that support Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust organisational development.
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic Organisational Development plans and initiatives within allocated division, ensuring their refinement to achieve continual improvement.
