• Line manage a variety of professionals as part of the professional leadership team.
• Budget management and allocation for the perinatal mental health service.
• Management Лор, of incidents and analysis of what lessons can be drawn.
• Completion of audits and ensuring compliance with national and service standards.
• Participate as a member of the wider community mental health management team and complete generic duties such as complaint investigations.
• Work alongside the service lead and advanced nurse practitioner as part of the leadership team.
• Provide leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary teams across wards, hospitals and community settings.
