The Customer

Fortem’s contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple work streams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re-Roofing. You would be expected to drive one of our large Tipper vans to advised locations – with varying distances around Coventry
- Stratford Upon Avon
- Alcester and surrounding areas(Please note we have some properties in Oxford which is around 90 min drive from Stratford circa 60 miles but the majority are in the Coventry patch)

Once at the location you will help load stripped out kitchen or bathroom onto Tipper vehicle and drive to next destination and repeat.

Expectation would be to get around multiple destinations(4-6 depending upon locations) and tip each day

There is some paperwork involved as each tip would involve a booking in and recording process for waste Transfer purposes. This is a legal requirement so needs to be done accurately. Work professionally around the Trades and Tenants. Please ensure you have parking available at home for large Tipper vehicle to be kept with you overnight

• Full UK driving licence
• Able to pass satisfactory basic DBS check
