Salary: c £28,000 per annum - negotiable, commensurate with experience

What you’ll be doing :

The role will involve:

Audio, copy typing and drafting of correspondence and legal documents
Operating electronic search systems
Submitting applications to the Land Registry and HMRC.
Use of a legal case management system
Dealing with Money Laundering procedures including scanning client , electronic verification and identification
Producing completion statements and invoices  
Liaising with clients and third party professionals

Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

Legal secretarial experience within commmercial property or residential conveyancing

Experience of working for an SRA regulated law firm

Experience of using the Land Registry portal and legal case management systems
