Debt Recovery​/Litigation Paralegals

Up to £30,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Our client is a highly successful Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, listed on the Legal 500. • Running a caseload of debt recovery matters
• Managing claims via a debt claims portal
• Dealing with small claims defences after LBA's have been issued
• Preparing witness statements and bundles
• Taking calls and instructions from clients
• Assisting senior solicitors
• Using cutting‑edge legal technology

The role is full‑time, permanent, working 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday. It is fully office‑based, with hybrid working available once the candidate is fully qualified.

• Previous debt recovery experience in small claims defence matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using legal case management systems
• Degree level education
• LPC/LLM or equivalent (desirable)
• A desire to qualify as a solicitor in the longer term and specialise in litigation work

• Paid annual leave entitlement plus 2 additional days over the Christmas shut‑down period at directors’ discretion
• Your birthday off
• Parking permit provided for city centre parking
• Training contracts considered in the longer term for eligible employees
