Overview
As part of the policy on customer service quality and improving vehicle quality across STELLANTIS brands, The Country Technical Coordinator is the sole technical contact in their country for the Regional Technical Services department in respect of incidents and reports to the Services and Parts Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Familiarisation with the technical climate/incidents in their country.
- Coordinate the submission of technical information and feedback on incidents detected by the network to the regional technical services department.
- Ensure that regional technical services department takes into account incidents impacting their country in order for the necessary solutions to be implemented.
- Provide feedback from the manufacturer in their network.
- Coordinate their team of Swift-Dealers.
- Reduce warranty costs.
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Theoretical knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of Diagnostic Tool usage, knowledge of wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills.
- General technical and/or specialist automotive training with previous experience in vehicle repair.
- Ability to work cross functionally.
- Good organisational skills.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from our Head Office in Coventry 2 days per week.
