Delivery Manager – Windows 11 Migration

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the rollout of Windows 11, within a large Higher Education environment.

This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who can maintain delivery momentum, and drive outcomes in a multifaceted HE environment.

As the Delivery Manager, you will adopt a proactive, hands-on approach to the Windows 11 rollout, ensuring robust testing, effective stakeholder engagement, and active risk management to support a seamless transition and minimise user disruption.

With strong communication and influencing skills, you’ll effectively align diverse stakeholder needs whilst maintaining delivery focus.

You’ll have a structured approach when it comes to tracking progress against plan, managing changing requirements, and adapting to delivery challenges.

• Proven experience delivering Windows 11 migrations, including knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM
• Experience in HE, paired with the ability to deliver successful project outcomes in complex environments where priorities and financial resources may shift.
• Strong track record as a Delivery Manager, with extensive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and deliver successful outcomes
• Comfortable navigating agile environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing competing priorities.

• Strong delivery leadership experience in Windows 11 migrations
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM
• Experience in Higher Education project delivery and stakeholder management
