Join our established Platform team to support and maintain critical storage infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, manage storage systems, and contribute to service improvements.

Responsibilities

Resolve production incidents independently
Perform patching, storage allocation, scripting, and backups
Prioritise tasks and maintain technical documentation
Linux command line, Service Now
Storage provisioning across IBM estate
Awareness of availability impacts
AWS knowledge, Agile experience
VMware (vSphere, vRealize), Cisco UCS, HPE
Understanding of virtualisation architectures
