Security Architect; Netskope

Are you a Netskope specialist passionate about modern cloud security, Zero Trust, and Data Loss Prevention? We’re working with a major enterprise organisation that is investing heavily in its cloud and internet security landscape. They are looking for a Netskope Subject Matter Expert to take technical ownership of Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP and ZTNA capabilities across a complex enterprise environment.

The Role:

As the Netskope SME, you will act as the technical authority for internet and cloud security services. You’ll design, implement and optimise Netskope solutions, support security operations, and play a key role in the organisation’s Zero Trust and data protection strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining Netskope SWG, CASB and DLP policies to protect users, data and cloud services
• Analysing data exfiltration risks and building effective DLP controls
• Leading on SSL inspection strategy
  , including secure decryption and bypass policies
• Acting as the escalation point for complex Netskope, DLP and SSL issues
• Administering and optimising the Netskope tenant
  , upgrades and performance
• Working closely with SOC, network and endpoint teams to improve security posture
• Designing and supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions and future VPN replacement
• Discovering VPN-dependent applications and supporting firewall and network changes
• Supporting network segmentation and cyber-resilience initiatives
• Integrating internet security tools with Entra , SSO, SCIM and enterprise applications
• Driving automation, scripting and security improvement initiatives
• Mentoring L1/L2 engineers and acting as a technical reference point

You’ll also be involved in forward-looking work around PKI, certificate services and cryptographic infrastructure
, including integration with HSMs and certificate lifecycle platforms.

Required experience:

We’re looking to speak with candidates who have strong, hands-on experience across:

• Netskope platform expertise (SWG, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, Threat Protection)
• Internet security architecture and traffic steering / proxy environments
• DLP design and incident support
• SSL/TLS inspection in large enterprise environments
• Identity and network integration (Entra , SSO, SCIM, firewalls, endpoints)
• Exposure to automation, scripting, APIs, CSPM or Infrastructure as Code is highly desirable
• Relevant certification such as Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect (NSK
  300) or equivalent
