. Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is searching for an RPI Senior Analyst to join their team, inside IR35. This is a 12‑month maternity leave cover contract position.
Umbrella Pay Rate: £34.27 per hour.
The OpportunityThe Business Performance Intelligence function within the Global Customer Care team has enabled a strong data capability model across the organisation to leverage data‑driven decision making across all aspects of Parts and Accessories Revenue performance and Customer Satisfaction. The role is part of the Retail Performance Intelligence team; our aim is to integrate data‑driven insight into our operations to drive highly bespoke and predictive customer service.
KeyAccountabilities and Responsibilities
- Insight generation: access a strong pool of information based on the outputs of 1700 retailers worldwide; set the way we generate insights from our existing data capabilities in the Retail Performance Intelligence (RPI) team.
- Combine data from multiple sources to generate new insights, identifying correlations of events or activities to inform future action plans at retailer and market levels.
- Develop intelligence briefs for the team based primarily on our internal Retailer Benchmarking tool.
- Customer Retention Analytics: own the calculation of the retention metric and collaborate to achieve global consistency on developing this metric.
- Product Development: lead the “Ideas hopper” process, collaborating with TCS, Systems and Data teams to ensure on‑time delivery of agreed hopper items.
- Apply project management experience to ensure a methodical approach to on‑time delivery of stakeholder requirements, advancement of data capabilities with retail transactional data and facilitation of integration activities.
- Monitor, report and provide trends and achievements at market level.
- Generate insights, identify data‑driven opportunities to drive revenue and customer satisfaction at market and regional levels.
- Quarterly develop opportunities via the Intelligence tools/funnel to share with the Retail Performance Intelligence team.
- Document and cascade market feedback for product and intelligence requirements.
- Identify intelligence best practice based on results from agreed opportunities and present to relevant forums.
- Develop a roadmap to achieve insight generation based on transactional data.
- Deliver on‑time retention reporting and enhance the retention metric.
- Own product, simplify tools and processes, and present low‑performing activities to relevant forums.
- Measure success through P&A revenue and customer satisfaction improvement for identified underperforming retailers.
- Wider BPI and R&L teams, including close cooperation with Systems and Data team.

- Data visualisation: knowledge of tools and techniques for visualising business insights, able to create graphs, tables and images that relay the message clearly to the target audience; familiarity with Tableau.
- Sound understanding of retailer processes acquired through automotive or luxury retail experience.
- Ability to bridge the gap between different technical and business communities with clear and tailored communications.
- Demonstrable experience working with customers to understand problem statements and translating them to delivery teams cost‑effectively.
- Develop customer‑centric user stories aligned to product features.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for Tableau dashboard artistry (colour, contrast, layout, interactivity) and innovative visuals.
- Previous experience with various data management tools (e.g. Big Query, EDW).
- Project management experience.
- Agile delivery background with working knowledge of JIRA project management.
- Understanding of predictive profiling.
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Anaplan, SQL, Google Big Query.
- Individual who challenges existing thinking positively while building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
