£20 - £25 per hour PAYE

Location:

Predominantly homebased with travel to sites as and when needed (travel expensed)

Contract:

3 months minimum but likely to be extended due to workload.

Must Have: A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.

The purpose of the role is to support with new business they have won.

The expansion will be increasing headcount, sites and therefore support from a HR perspective is crucial.

This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor or someone stepping up in a junior HRBP position.

• 5 years' experience minimum in a similar role.
• End to end ER case management.
• Must be able to hold various ER meetings around redundancies and consultations.
• TUPE transfer management and the processes around this.
