The 166-bedroom Ramada Hotel and Suites by Wyndham Coventry is just off Exit 7 of the Coventry Ring Road, all bedrooms and suites have stunning views overlooking the historic City Centre and County of Warwickshire.

It has a dedicated training and meetings floor and a dedicated executive lounge.

Ramada is also home to the award-winning Queen’s Road Restaurant, offering a mix of traditional favourites and British fusion food, from ‘breakfast to bedtime’.

Your duties will include:
  • Handling guest experiences during arrival, stay and departure, efficiently and professionally following the standard operating procedures and brand standards.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of all systems relating to the front office department.
  • Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and attend trainings as required.
  • Assist in the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service is provided around the clock.
Your hours of work:

Working 5 days out of 7, covering the operational hours from 11pm to 7am to a flexible rota dependent on business needs, to a 40-hour week.

Salary Range: £25,400 - £26,440 per annum

  • High standard of personal presentation, confidence and professionalism
  • Demonstrable excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a busy hotel
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS
