A leading hotel chain in Coventry is looking for a Reception Supervisor to oversee guest experiences and ensure a high standard of service. You will train receptionists and liaise with other departments to exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate has a positive personality, excellent communication skills, and previous supervisory experience in a busy hotel. Knowledge of Opera Cloud system is preferred.
