Circle Health Group invites a Senior Registered Nurse to join our friendly and motivated nursing team.

This is a full‑time role of 37.5 hours a week with a flexible shift pattern.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care and lead on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for complex patients
• Use advanced clinical knowledge to make timely and appropriate decisions, escalating where necessary
• Administer medication safely and monitor patient response, ensuring adherence to NMC and local protocols
• Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and effective workload management across the shift
• Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management, and risk reporting procedures
• Act as a key contact for patients and their families, offering clinical updates, reassurance, and information to support shared decision‑making
• Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between services

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration
• Significant post‑registration experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team
• Strong clinical decision‑making, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient‑focused approach
• Confidence in working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursing role desirable
