A leading NHS Trust in Coventry is seeking a Senior Medical Workforce Officer - Rotas to support the assurance of the Medical Workforce. This role involves ensuring rotas comply with standards, generating reports, and advising departments on both rota changes and compliance. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and adaptability in a busy environment.

Training is provided for those with some experience in NHS roles.
