Who we are looking forWe are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who is passionate about supporting children and young people to thrive. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, manage the home in the absence of the Deputy or Manager, support inductees, oversee health & safety processes and actively safeguard young people.
You will play a key role in helping young people develop life skills, build positive relationships and access new opportunities while ensuring consistent high-quality care within a safe and nurturing environment.

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent.
- Candidates with only Health Care NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.

. - Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
