Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker to join the team at Bevan Court based in Coventry, CV3 5JB
. Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours 28 hours weekly. Contract 6 months fixed term, with the option to remain on Bank. At Making Space we are a team that are driven by a strong set of company values that guide us in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve in our community.

What you’ll do

As a Support Worker in Extra Care you’ll be supporting adults on a person-centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You’ll need to think on your feet and truly understand our clients’ needs with a positive, friendly approach that helps illuminate our service users’ days.

Patience and a good sense of humour are key qualities. You will be supported with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
