Work closely with clients, carers, and colleagues to ensure person‑centred outcomes

Offer specialist clinical guidance to staff, services, and carers

Participate in project work to support continuous service improvement

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

Minimum of two years’ relevant post‑qualification experience

Experience in community, social care, or equipment provision desirable

Driving licence preferred due to community‑based responsibilities
