Contract: Full time (must be flexible, day and night 12‑hour shifts)
Rate: £22.52 per hour

AboutThe Role
This highly skilled nursing role involves accountable support for people’s holistic needs, requiring a range of clinical and nursing skills. You’ll provide highest quality care for adults with complex needs, focusing on independence and everyday living skills. No two days will be the same – your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning and providing person‑centred nursing care for the people we support
- Safe administration of medication
- Promoting health and wellbeing
- Acting as Nurse in Charge of a small unit while on shift
- Managing situations when people display behaviours of concern
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect
