Night Nurse Manager

Overview

Night Nurse Manager / RGN, RMN, RNLD – Birch View, Coventry. Part of Exemplar Health Care. Full-time contract (42 or 48 hours per week available).

Sherwood Jones Close, Radford, Coventry, CV6 1QT
. Salary: £24.66 per hour (up to £56,400 per annum). This is a senior nursing leadership role focused on delivering high-quality person-centred care and leading a nursing and care team within the home.

• Lead the home’s care and nursing teams to meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of the people we support
• Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee and manage all unit clinical elements and risks
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately
• Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, including oversight, review and update of their care profiles
• Supervise and manage the unit’s ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of medication

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN
• Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or qualifications
• Experience leading a team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates and Health Care Assistants
• Thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Good standard of digital skills

Fully paid, 3-week bespoke induction begins May 2026.
