• Casual (bank) position: work as required and choose any work offered.
• Front line of care delivery as a relief Care Assistant.
• Assist residents with personal care, medical care and social interests.
• Build a special bond with each resident, provide emotional support during difficult times.
• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, getting around, respecting dignity and independence.
• Integral to developing residents Care Plans and aware of specialist support needs.

• Pay benchmarked against similar employed staff, based on casual bank worker assignment agreement.
• Accrue leave at equivalent rate of 31 days paid leave in a full calendar year, pro rata.
• Mandatory training at induction; keep training up to date for future assignments.

• Sensitive, empathetic, love to care for others; build meaningful relationships and make a real difference.
• New to care or seeking retraining welcomed; no experience required – training provided.
• Passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to residents and their families.
