Job Description

• Working across the Customer Experience teams providing them with financial insights and analysis.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Support decision-making by interpreting financial data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Work with stakeholders to improve financial efficiency and control.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Qualified accountant
• Must have relevant Housing Association experience
• Ideally Customer Experience or Rent and Service Charge exposure
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to support and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Capability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
