Job Description
- Working across the Customer Experience teams providing them with financial insights and analysis.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support decision-making by interpreting financial data and trends.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Work with stakeholders to improve financial efficiency and control.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Qualified accountant
- Must have relevant Housing Association experience
- Ideally Customer Experience or Rent and Service Charge exposure
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to analyse financial data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to support and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
What's on Offer
- Fully remote role with very occasional travel to site
- 4 - 6 month role
