From major sporting fixtures to high‑profile cultural and outdoor events, we power unforgettable moments. As we continue to grow, we are now seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and support the next stage of our development.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence — offering flexibility alongside meaningful impact.

As Finance Director, you will take ownership of the finance function, providing both strategic oversight and operational control within a dynamic, fast‑moving business.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping commercial decisions, strengthening financial processes, and ensuring long‑term sustainability.

• Leading the finance function end-to-end, including oversight of planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management
• Preparing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts with clear commercial insight
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic growth
• Overseeing statutory accounts, VAT, tax compliance, and audit processes
• Managing cash flow, financial controls, and governance frameworks
• Supporting payroll oversight and regulatory compliance
• Identifying efficiencies, improving systems, and strengthening internal processes
• Acting as a strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership team

This role is ideal for a senior finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic input with hands‑on oversight, and who thrives in a growing, operational environment.

We are seeking a confident and capable finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and sound judgement.

You will:

• Be fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Have significant experience leading a finance function at senior level
• Demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge and regulatory understanding
• Be comfortable contributing at Board level and influencing senior stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations
• Ideally have experience within events, logistics, sport, or operational sectors (desirable but not essential)
