• Managing all aspects of personal tax work (primarily compliance, with some advisory), and day‑to‑day management of an established personal tax team across two sites.
• Managing a small personal tax portfolio of clients with complex affairs, building and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
• Applying in‑depth knowledge of personal tax (sole traders, partnerships, trusts and estates, capital gains, residence and domicile issues) in discussions with clients and junior team members.

• CTA/ATT qualified with a minimum of three years practical experience in a senior personal tax role (or equivalent).
• Client driven with good commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• A team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in problem solving and analytical thinking.

• Experience with Iris Personal Tax software.
• Previous experience managing a team.
