Interim Finance Business Partner

Interim - minimum 6 months
Hours:
40 hours per week (5 days)
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will take ownership of financial planning, reporting and business partnering activities in a fast‑paced, operationally focused environment.

- Ownership of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Regular reporting, reforecasting and variance analysis
- Strong business partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering clear, forward‑looking insight with a strong mindset
- Maintaining high‑quality reporting
- wt managing 1 direct report
- Supporting ad‑hoc requests from the Finance Manager and wider stakeholder group
- Full ownership and insight into cost base, including identification and management of risks and opportunities
- Presenting at monthly operational and performance review meetings
- Leading and contributing to business partner meetings across departments
