We are looking for an established director who is ready to lead financial strategy at the highest level? You should be a commercial Finance Director who will do more than manage numbers—you’ll influence decisions, guide growth, and transform operations across the UK business.

• Lead the UK financial strategy and align it with global objectives.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive sustainable growth.
• Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the UK Managing Director and leadership team.
• Champion continuous improvement across Accounting, FP&A, Legal & Risk, IT, and Payroll functions.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

• Proven finance leadership experience in a global or matrix organisation.
• Expertise in strategic planning, commercial finance, and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and service contract revenue recognition.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
