Trainee Financial Adviser

We're partnering with a growing, independent financial planning firm based in Coventry (Meriden), offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Adviser to join their established and supportive team. You'll work directly alongside a highly experienced Financial Adviser and Director, gaining first‑hand exposure to client meetings, advice delivery and complex financial planning cases, all within a firm that genuinely invests in your long‑term career progression.

• Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments and protection, supported by an experienced Adviser
• Participate in client meetings, gradually building confidence and developing your client‑facing capabilities
• Collaborate with Administrators to ensure a smooth and compliant advice process
• Support with technical research, cashflow modelling and report preparation as you transition into a full advisory role
