Marks Sattin is recruiting for our client, a leading multi-site organisation operating in a fast‑paced and commercially driven environment. This is a business known for innovation and a strong commercial footprint across the UK. Following some restructuring, they require an experienced Interim Commercial Finance Analyst to support the team over the next six months.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Manager
, you will play a key role in delivering high quality financial insight to support decision‑making across the senior leadership team. This is a hands‑on, analytical role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

• Business partnering with commercial teams and wider finance function to provide financial insight and challenge
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end processes
• Analysing sales, margin, and promotional performance
• Preparing commercial dashboards and KPI reporting
• Supporting pricing, profitability, and customer analysis
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and performance trends
• Helping drive process improvements across the commercial finance function

• Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Have prior experience within a highly analytical and business partnering role within a commercial finance function
• Have advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and provide commercial insight
• Be a confident communicator able to partner with non‑finance stakeholders
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Have experience within a fast‑paced environment. Preferably FMCG, Retail or Wholesale
• Have prior experience in an interim or contract role (not essential)
• Have exposure within a large, complex, multi‑site organisation
