Trinity House Group are exclusively partnering with a leading, well-known services business, to recruit a Finance Business Partner. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on finance professional to join the business to support with various operational projects. You will drive strategic decisions, and have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, ideally with Board exposure.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will collaborate with the wider finance team to deliver accurate analysis and management information. You will also complete the financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, providing commentary and insights.

The Duties

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and forecasting to inform key business decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive solutions to enhance financial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments.
• Prepare and present high-quality financial reports.
• Support the implementation of new processes to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
• Provide financial information and oversee the day to day finance activities.

The Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with proven experience.
• Experience in the services industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record in a similar commercial role, within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the confidence to make commercial finance suggestions.
• Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
