As a Trainee Croupier you will join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Coventry (Building Society Arena, Judds Ln, Coventry CV6 6AQ
). You will attend our Grosvenor Gaming Academy, which runs for five weeks and will give you the skills and confidence to thrive. You will work in a live gaming environment, interacting with customers all day and providing unforgettable experiences and excitement. This role offers a career path with opportunities to progress to roles such as Senior Croupier, Inspector, Gaming Supervisor and up to General Manager, with our support and development along the way.

• Good numerical ability and mental arithmetic; able to calculate mentally and quickly. Bring the passion and we will help you practice
• Very good communication and social skills as you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a top experience for our customers, ensuring you drive our mission forward as the most loved Casinos in the UK

• Hourly pay rate of £12.21
• Premium Pay Night Allowance:
  An additional £1 per hour after midnight
