We have an exciting opportunity for a customer serviced focused Receptionist seeking to join a friendly & experienced team at our MODUS Advanced Dental Clinic in Coventry.

• Part-time hours over 2 days
• Wednesdays & Thursdays 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
• Competitive hourly rate: £12.50 per hour

This is a maternity cover role on a fixed‑term contract for 12 months.

This will be a fast‑paced role in our busy, fully private dental practice where you can really make a positive impact on patients’ experience and wellbeing. Key role duties include (but are not limited to):

• Welcoming patients
• Booking appointments
• Answering phones & emails
• Diary management
• Taking payments & banking
• General administration

We’d love to receive your application if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front‑of‑house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must‑have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well‑organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
• Strong IT skills
