Job Overview:
A well-established facilities / mechanical services provider is recruiting for a Mechanical FM Engineer with a strong plumbing background to work on healthcare sites across Coventry and Warwickshire. This is a permanent position offering an immediate start.

Key Duties:

* Mechanical maintenance across healthcare facilities

* General plumbing works including fixing leaks, pipework repairs, taps, toilets and valves

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Reactive maintenance tasks

* Managing daily jobs via an online maintenance portal

* Fault finding and completing repairs efficiently

* Completing digital job reports

* Working in line with health & safety procedures

Essential Requirements:

* Experience as a Mechanical FM Engineer or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

* Strong general plumbing skills

* Experience with in FM / healthcare environments preferred

* Relevant mechanical or plumbing qualifications

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently
