A leading building services provider in Coventry is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to manage the maintenance of HVAC systems across commercial buildings in the M4 & M5 Corridor. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, servicing of critical equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates should hold a mechanical qualification and have experience in building services maintenance.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits.
