About the Role

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is delighted to announce that we are recruiting a Deputy Headteacher for Lyng Hall School due to staff relocation. This is an exciting opportunity to join the school following the appointment of a new Headteacher in September 2025.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Deputy Headteacher who has exceptional leadership skills and shares an ambitious vision to work with the Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leadership Team to support the school on its improvement journey.

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation, currently made up of eight schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.
