Primary Teacher

Primary Teacher role advertised on Tie Talent. Winner Education is seeking Primary School Teachers for a large Multi Academy Trust in the Coventry area. This role involves long-term placements and day-to-day cover across KS1 and KS2 starting from September. ECTs are welcome to apply. The MAT has a fantastic reputation for supporting staff development and internal training and support.

• Conduct general class teacher responsibilities
• Whole class lesson planning (except day-to-day cover where planning is not required)
• Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
• Lead and work alongside full-time teaching assistants
• Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports (except day-to-day cover)
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Hold QTS status (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Have previous experience within a primary school environment
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have excellent understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
• Show strong resilience and patience
