- ASAP Start or September 2026. Full Time, permanent after agency 12 week probation period.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in Lower Key Stage 2 and play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1.

The successful candidate will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively

* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

* Contribute to the wider life of the school

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)

* Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

* Has high expectations for achievement and behaviour

* Is reflective, motivated, and committed to professional development
