Assignments may vary depending on school requirements; however, we are committed to respecting your travel preferences and working within your specified limitations.

About the Role:

* Provide tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within class and small group settings.

* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

* Support pupils who may display behaviours that challenge with patience, consistency and understanding.

* Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to implement effective learning strategies.

* Make a meaningful impact on each child’s educational journey.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with SEN.

* A calm, patient, and resilient approach.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

* A proactive and adaptable attitude.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
