Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for a full-time, on-site position at our Coventry location. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that foster children’s development, nurturing a safe and stimulating environment, and maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues. Additional responsibilities include promoting positive social interactions, ensuring child safety, and maintaining accurate program records.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience in Working With Children to support growth and learning.
• Creativity Skills for planning interactive and engaging activities.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, materials, and classroom environments effectively.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for nurturing the growth of young children.
• A recognized qualification in early childhood education or a related field is required.
• First aid certification and safeguarding training are highly beneficial.
