• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Willingness to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks
• Proven experience teaching English at Secondary level
• Encourage independent thinking and foster a love of reading and literature
• Support students in crafting clear, persuasive and creative written and spoken responses
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
• Strong and positive behaviour management skills
