A supportive and collaborative Secondary School in Coventry is seeking a passionate and empowering English Teacher to start ASAP or after Easter (April) on a full-time, long-term basis.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Willingness to complete DBS, vetting and reference checks

* Proven experience teaching English at Secondary level

* Encourage independent thinking and foster a love of reading and literature

* Support students in crafting clear, persuasive and creative written and spoken responses

* Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

* Strong and positive behaviour management skills

* Read the DfE ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ (2025 document)
