• Providing one-to-one support to a primary-aged student with special educational needs.
• Helping the child engage with the curriculum and encouraging their participation in class activities.
• Assisting with their emotional, social, and academic development in a nurturing and patient manner.
• Supporting the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans and adapting lessons as needed.
• Encouraging the child to develop independence and self-confidence in a positive learning environment.

• Experience working with children (SEN experience is desirable but not essential).
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach with a passion for supporting young learners.
• Someone who thrives on building strong, supportive relationships with children.
• Strong communication skills and a team player who s excited to collaborate with teachers and staff.
