Teacher Active is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Coventry
, who are looking to appoint a Class Teacher on a full-time basis.

Rather than recruiting for a fixed year group, the school are keen to appoint the right teacher for their setting
. Following an interview and, where applicable, an observation lesson, the school will decide which year group best suits the successful candidate
, based on experience, teaching style, and strengths.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are looking for long-term role where they can truly make an impact.

• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders
• Taking part in staff meetings, planning, and school life where required

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Is confident planning and delivering lessons independently
• Is adaptable and open to teaching across different year groups
• Is organised, reflective, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Is an ECT or experienced teacher seeking a full-time opportunity
• Is happy to work through Teacher Active and be paid via PAYE

• DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new Enhanced DBS through Teacher Active
• Ability to provide two professional references to complete compliance
